Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

1 1/2 c sugar
3 tbsp quick tapioca
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3 c rhubarb in 1/2 inch pieces
1 c sliced fresh strawberries
Pastry shell
Butter
Lattice crust

In large bowl, mix sugar, tapioca, salt and nutmeg. Add fruit and mix well to coat all fruit. Let stand 20 minutes.
Spoon into pastry shell, dot with butter. Top with lattice crust and bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes
