Banana Nut Bread

1 loaf

1/3 c oil
1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
1 3/4 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 c mashed bananas (use very ripe bananas)
1/2 c chopped nuts

In large bowl, cream oil, sugar, and eggs. Mix all dry ingredients in seperate bowl.
Add alternately with mashed bananas to the oil mixture. Blend well, add nuts, and mix well.
Pour into greased and floured or foil-lined bread pan, bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
Cool and wrap in foil or plastic bag overnight to get moist. Yes, baking soda and baking powder are two different things.
